It's time to Spring Ahead! Daylight Saving Time begins on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 2:00 A.M. On Saturday night, set your clocks forward one hour (i.e., losing one hour).

Rents in the United States have been skyrocketing since 2012. This has caused many renters to face a tremendous burden when juggling their housing expenses and the desire to save for a down payment at the same time. As of January 2020, the average rent for an apartment in New Orleans, LA is $1309 which is a 22.77% decrease from last year when the average rent was $1607 , and a 3.82% increase from last month when the average rent was $1259.
One-bedroom apartments in New Orleans rent for $1071 a month on average (a 28.29% decrease from last year) and two-bedroom apartment rents average $1405 (a 36.09% decrease from last year).
